  • Develop a collection strategy to collect overdue accounts in a timely and professional manner, following up on payment promises made by customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are made within established terms and conditions.

  • Track outstanding debts and identify overdue payments, keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all customer transactions and payment histories.
