We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Intern to join our team at the Procurement and Supply Institute of Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of the PASIA Global Warehouse Assessment and Certification program, including client sourcing, compiling assessment reports, and communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and promotional activities.
  • Participate in process improvement projects aimed at optimizing warehouse operations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of supply chain strategies and best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc operational tasks and projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.

PASIA offers a paid training opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and operations. You will work closely with industry-leading professionals and experts on cutting-edge projects and initiatives in logistics and warehouse operations.

Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
