Job Title:

A creative project coordinator is sought after to join our team.

This role involves coordinating a group of creatives, ensuring client production schedules are optimized and all work is completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with creatives and manage client production schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Offer suggestions and recommendations to Creatives to meet quality standards.
  • Review sentiment analysis and ticket feedback ratings from customers.
  • Collaborate with Quality Specialists to ensure design quality and brand guidelines are met.
  • Identify Design Time for all requests assigned to the team in collaboration with Team Coordinators, Quality Specialists, and Production Specialists.
  • Keep company notes updated based on client preferences and coordinate updates within the team as needed.

  • Possesses a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of the creative development and production process to fulfill creative briefs.
  • Can coordinate multiple projects concurrently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Is proficient in project and relationship management.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and problem-solving abilities and collaboration across teams.
  • Has practical understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides is an asset.
  • Is resourceful and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can organize and comprehend project requirements, even when not well-defined.
  • Experience with project management platforms is desirable.
  • Daily client interaction via Slack and Email, with multiple virtual meetings weekly, is expected.
  • Business-level English and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for high-quality work are required.
  • Decision-making, negotiation, and forward-thinking abilities are necessary.
  • Experience with ticket management tools is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience coordinating creative teams, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Knowledge of the creative process and what constitutes good creative work.
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is an asset.
  • Experience coordinating creative projects to meet client expectations.
  • Familiarity with a creative role is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support or client-facing roles is beneficial.
