About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to join our team at Q2 HR Solutions. As a Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications based on job requirements.

In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will also assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • SOURCE CANDIDATES USING VARIOUS CHANNELS, INCLUDING JOB BOARDS, SOCIAL MEDIA, NETWORKING, AND REFERRALS.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT, HR, Sales, or Customer Service roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Manatal or JobDiva is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools.
