About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team at Synergy Market Research + Strategic Consultancy Inc. In this role, you will support our marketing efforts, assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create and manage content for our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
  • Implement market research and analysis for thought leadership and value-added services to clients/potential clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and responding to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role, preferably in a consulting or agency/marketing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and information.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
