Cash Management Services Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify collected deposits by conducting post-verification of validated documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Implement efficient organization and filing systems for tracking and future reference by categorizing and labeling processed documents.
  • Coordinate timely pick-up and delivery of cash to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure proper turnover of cash/checks to designated personnel by completing required transfer slips and documents.
  • Accurately collect cash and checks, posting them to clients' accounts within committed timelines to foster stronger client relationships.
