Job Opportunity

Maintaining effective access controls is crucial to safeguard QBE data and resources. This role leads the facilitation and execution of global identity and access management processes, associated control activities, and training for users and team members.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain identity and access management processes, procedures, and security-related policies by providing recommendations around best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage intake demand through a request and incident management system and delegate work to team members.
  • Ensure least privileged access to QBE systems for joiners, movers/leavers (JML) and authorized users, maintaining controls or removing access in a timely manner.
  • Lead access recertification/revalidation processes on a periodic basis for in-scope applications and systems based on risk, audit, and business owner direction.
  • Monitor and improve the effectiveness of access recertification/revalidation activities with no audit findings for identified scope.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH BUSINESS CUSTOMERS AND TECHNOLOGY SERVICES TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE END-TO-END REQUEST MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
  • Provide regular advice, guidance, and awareness on access-related activities and processes to business customers and peers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 5 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to proactively manage customer expectations, problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and outstanding customer service focus.
