About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our engineering team, with a focus on designing and developing high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails.

Mission-Critical Responsibilities:

  • Communicate progress, challenges, and insights clearly to team members and stakeholders in English.
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an engineering team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and a proactive approach to collaboration.
