Job Overview:

The COO Finance department delivers finance-related services to its stakeholders, including Group Finance, CFO's of countries, and Wholesale Banking. These services encompass operations and change initiatives for accounting, reporting, utilities, data foundation, and business advice services.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Tribe Statutory and Regulatory Reporting. This Tribe delivers on-time, transparent, and standardized solutions according to external local and central regulators and auditors' standards.

The Business Analyst reports to the Product Lead and works in a squad with around 8 colleagues from different areas of expertise. Together, they work on a common purpose and strive to realize their mission day by day.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions
  • Analyze complex financial business issues and develop complete solutions
  • Deliver excellent substantiated analysis using state-of-the-art techniques and tools
  • Collaborate with IT specialists to arrive at suitable IT solutions
  • Present clear and concise analyses to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum HBO/WO working and thinking level
  • Education at Bachelor/Master level in (business) administration or comparable
  • Knowledge of and experience with Business Analysis
  • Integral, cross-domain knowledge and experience
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Expert with strong analytical skills, using state-of-the-art methods and techniques
  • Able to work in a multidisciplinary squad
