About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Schneider Electric Gruppe. As a key member of the eCommerce department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data-driven initiatives. Your responsibilities will include fulfilling standard data requests, collaborating with the eCommerce team, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date dashboards. In addition, you will develop and uphold best practices in change management, documentation, and data protocols. Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure timely data reporting in the system by collaborating with the eCommerce team.
  2. Perform rigorous data validation and quality checks to identify and resolve any issues.
  3. Update other relevant data sources as necessary to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  4. Develop and implement best practices in change management, documentation, and data protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Provide comprehensive onboarding for new users of the system to ensure seamless integration.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date dashboards to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  7. Create targeted reporting and ad-hoc analysis to meet the needs of various departments.
  8. Work closely with developers to automate processes and improve overall efficiency.
  9. Deliver actionable insights through visualizations to inform business decisions and strategies.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Corporate Finance, Data Analytics, FP&A, or Business Controlling is desirable.
  • Superior analytical skills, logical thinking, and critical thinking are essential for this role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in data-centric roles, with strong proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL, data modeling, and big data handling is required.
  • Familiarity with Tableau visualization tools is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills in English (oral and written) are necessary for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with high energy, ownership, and dedication is essential for success in this role.
  • Organized, flexible, and adaptable to changing conditions, with the ability to project manage, prioritize, and manage numerous simultaneous projects.
