Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Secretary with accounting and bookkeeping experience to support the operations of three affiliated companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the CEO/MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  2. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely follow-up.
  3. Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external correspondence.
  4. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
  5. Organize and record minutes of meetings, and follow through on action items.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 3–5 years of combined experience in executive secretarial support and accounting/bookkeeping.
  3. Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR processes.
  4. Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software.
  5. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
