Job Title: Payroll Specialist

This is a senior role in our international payroll team, responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll to clients worldwide.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Processing and reviewing payroll for businesses with 100% accuracy.
  • Preparing payroll reports and ensuring timely submission.
  • Assisting clients with payroll queries, adjustments, and compliance issues.
  • Working closely with payroll partners and clients to ensure a seamless payroll experience.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted payroll advisor.
  • Identifying and reporting any risks, errors, or compliance concerns related to payroll processing.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to embody the key skills and qualities outlined below:

  • A strong background in payroll, accounting, or finance.
  • Hands-on experience with Australian payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Familiarity with Fair Work, superannuation, tax, and other relevant laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
