Role Summary

As a Bookkeeping and Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions and reports. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, developing and implementing bookkeeping policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and establish and update accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement bookkeeping policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate financial management.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, cash flow statements, and profit and loss statements.
  • Manage payroll processing, including employee timesheets, PAYGW calculations, and Superannuation payments.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, including the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Social Security Online Portal.
Requirements:
  • Xero Certified Advisor Certificate (mandatory).
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Philippines (active registration).
  • Proven experience with accounting software and financial transaction management.
  • 1+ years of experience working for an Australian company.
  • Must be willing to work onsite at our office.
