Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates, performing initial screening interviews, and assessing their fit for roles. Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills are essential for success in this role.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align candidate profiles. You will maintain a talent pipeline for current and future positions and report on recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies.
