Senior Service Management Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow configurations, as well as providing expert-level support and guidance to our IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow configurations to meet business requirements.
  • Provide advanced-level technical support and guidance to IT teams on ServiceNow administration, customizations, and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies and apply this knowledge to improve our ServiceNow environment.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in an IT environment with a strong focus on ServiceNow administration, customization, and development.
  • Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow Core Modules, including ITSM and ITAM.
  • Strong understanding of CSDM and CMDB principles and how to integrate them into ServiceNow.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Requirements:
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (essential).
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and Groovy.
  • Proficiency in customizing ServiceNow through form customizations, business rules, workflows, client scripts, script includes, UI policies/actions, security rules, and other ServiceNow constructs.
