Key Responsibilities
  • Conceive and develop original story concepts
Deliverables
  • A minimum of one high-quality story cut per week
  • Five engaging edited intro's per week
  • Two approved long-form ideas per day
  • Two approved short-form ideas per day
Performance Metrics
  • 60% retention on each new video
  • 70% end of intro retention
  • 11% clickthrough rate on new idea's
Weekly Schedule
  • Monday: Focus on first draft story cut & finalize 2 approved idea's (long + short form)
  • Tuesday: First draft story cut, briefing for extra shots, approval, analyze data, write 5 approved intro scripts & finalize 2 approved idea's (long + short form)
  • Thursday: Finalize 5 approved intro edits & finalize 2 approved idea's (long + short form)
  • Friday: Finalize 1 approved story cut & finalize 2 approved idea's (long + short form)

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
