We're seeking a talented Search Engine Optimization Specialist who will focus on content creation, optimizing on-page content, and streamlining administrative tasks to drive rapid growth worldwide.

This role involves working closely with our GTM team to build something from scratch. You'll be surrounded by a world-class team of engineers, medicos, and designers to do your best work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality, search-optimized content including blog posts, landing pages, and guides designed to improve organic and AI search visibility, user engagement, and sign-ups.
  • Conduct thorough keyword analysis to identify high-value search terms and content opportunities. Align keyword strategy closely with user intent to drive qualified website traffic.
  • Test new content strategies, formats, and topics to uncover untapped growth opportunities. Evaluate results to continuously improve content performance and organic reach.
  • Optimize content quality by adjusting meta titles, descriptions, headings, and body copy, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices to maximize visibility and click-through rates.
  • Leverage AI to implement solutions that streamline day-to-day task management, such as generating assets, coordinating translations, publishing workflows, and updating content masterlists.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent content writing ability and SEO copywriting experience.
  • Strong understanding of user intent.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, especially Sanity.
  • Nice-to-have: healthcare-related experience or medical background.
  • Analytical skills with experience using SEO tools and analytics for data-driven decision making.
  • Execution skills with a proven track record of shipping content that drives growth.
  • Collaborative skills to work effectively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Adaptability with up-to-date knowledge of AIO and SEO trends, industry best practices, and new techniques in AI and organic search growth.
