We are seeking a highly skilled e-commerce professional to spearhead our online presence. As a pivotal member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of our website and delivering an exceptional user experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage website operations to ensure seamless user navigation
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide expert assistance with product selections
  • Optimize product listings and content with detailed descriptions, visual assets, and specifications to drive sales
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, content creators, influencers, and compatible businesses
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams on developing concepts, layouts, and promotional activities to boost engagement
  • Pricing strategy: set prices in accordance with industry trends and sales targets
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely stock availability and delivery
  • Develop and maintain initiatives for pay-per-click advertisement campaigns & social media engagement
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries
  • Proven expertise with content, product, and inventory management
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for project management and reporting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Understanding of CSS Media queries
