About the Role

This Business Development Representative will drive sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients.

  • Review brands starting the sign-up process and their profiles to identify areas for growth.
  • Welcome new clients over the phone, answering questions, handling objections, and clarifying our value proposition.
  • Understand client needs and manage expectations while educating them about our product.
  • Qualify which plan would be most appropriate for the brand or most cost-effective.
  • Maintain Salesforce records and set up communication flows.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on common insights and objections.
Your Qualifications

We're looking for someone with experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.

  • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and track progress.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
