Drive Product Success

As a key stakeholder in product development, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the product vision from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align business objectives with product strategy by collaborating closely with stakeholders and Engineering teams.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present product development ideas to stakeholders and update them on progress.
  • Develop product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach to responding to challenges and changes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with creative solution-finding capabilities.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to experiment with new approaches.

Technical Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
