Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide incident and request management support to end-users.
  • Experience in Windows & non-Windows Operating environments.
  • Recommend and apply solutions, including on-site repair for remote users.
  • Support end-users with hardware and software issues, computer applications, LAN components, and peripherals.
  • Determine and execute system reconfiguration needs.
  • Establish end-user service level agreements.
  • Analyze and resolve difficult desktop problems for end-users.
  • Supervise complaint ticketing systems and follow timely resolution of all work orders.
  • Provide user support using remote access tools.
  • Monitor and repair IT / office equipment and tools, ensuring all software systems run smoothly.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.
  • Able to perform field work around Pasig, Taguig, Makati.
  • Residing near Pasig, Mandaluyong, Manila.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Preferably with a motorcycle.
