Our team seeks a detail-oriented Bank Services Associate to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced banking environment.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing various transactions, including cash and check deposits, withdrawals, and payments. They will also assist with tasks such as scanning and filing documents, reviewing check transactions, and cross-selling bank products to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including document scanning and filing.
  • Verify authenticity of checks and other documents.
  • Cross-sell bank products to existing clients to meet sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related.
  • No prior work experience is required, but having experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of initiative and innovation.
  • The ability to work well with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
