Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled People Operations Specialist to manage employee lifecycle, update records, and provide administrative support.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a People Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and all related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee data and records in various systems
  • Assist with benefits administration and other HR-related tasks
  • Perform basic IT support as needed
  • Plan and execute team events and maintain a positive work environment
  • Maintain and track budgets and financial reports
  • Field employee questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in HR or Administrative support role
  • Past experience in a role with high volume of administrative responsibility
  • Some IT experience helpful
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with advanced administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize and work in a dynamic, demanding environment
