Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team. This includes ensuring inventory accuracy and optimization, overseeing the receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods, and implementing and maintaining efficient warehouse processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Ensure inventory accuracy and optimization through effective stock control, cycle counting, and stock audits
- Oversee the receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and systems
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the sales and distribution industry. You will also need to have strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and logistics operations. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential for this role.
