International Trade Manager

The International Trade Manager role at App Electric Corp is a key position that oversees the entire export process. This includes managing logistics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to guarantee the smooth and timely export of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Export Operations Management: Coordinate export operations, including the preparation and processing of export documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including export controls, customs regulations, and trade agreements.
• Logistics and Shipping Coordination: Select and coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to optimize shipping routes and costs.
• Customer and Vendor Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers, providing updates on shipment status and resolving any issues related to export orders.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to the export process, including potential delays, compliance issues, and financial risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including export controls, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
