Job Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to our valued clients, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead service crews on site, providing guidance and oversight to guarantee efficient and effective workmanship.
  • Collaborate with Operations Officer and Supervisor to develop and implement strategies for service delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of client facilities and equipment, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Develop and submit detailed reports and recommendations to senior management, highlighting key findings and suggesting solutions.
  • liaise with purchasing teams to secure necessary materials and supplies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of procurement processes.
  • Engage with clients to resolve any issues or concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions to maintain satisfaction and trust.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including test reports and inspection checklists, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
