Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will drive the operation and ensure that the team is meeting targets (performance, productivity, quality). You will coach, facilitate, solve work problems, and participate in the work of the team.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Provide information to the manager on the performance of the team.
  2. Communicate assignments, milestones, and deadlines to the team and individuals based on the manager's instructions.
  3. Observe training needs and relay them to the manager.
  4. Inform the manager of attendance and behavioral problems.
  5. Relay requests for resources and supplies.
  6. Ensure that the group is working efficiently and in unity.
  7. Assist in the coordination and motivation of team members.
  8. Prepare reports.
  9. Coordinate, attend, and lead team meetings.
  10. Handle and manage first-level escalations.
  11. Monitor workload and reallocate as required.
Your Skills and Experiences
  1. Bachelor's Degree holder.
  2. With Freight Forwarding/Logistics/Supply Chain experience.
  3. With leadership/management experience.
  4. At least 2+ years of work experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding.
  5. People-oriented.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Organizational and time management abilities.
  8. Ability to learn and work with systems.
