Key Role: Talent Match Specialist
Description of the RoleThis job involves connecting clients with skilled and talented individuals. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify suitable candidates, and facilitate effective matches between clients and talent.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and assess candidate profiles to determine the best fit for each client opportunity
- Screen candidate profiles, resumes, and skill sets to ensure they meet client requirements
- Submit shortlisted candidates with detailed notes and information for review
- Coordinate meetings between clients and candidates to facilitate successful matches
- Maintain up-to-date records of clients, candidates, and placements
- Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the process
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, research, and assessment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify ideal candidate matches
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and candidates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and other software applications relevant to the role
