Sales Outreach Specialist

Silverlight Research Expert Network is seeking a highly skilled Sales Outreach Specialist to contribute to our team's success. As a Sales Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with potential clients to introduce our services and identify their needs.

  • Maintain a list of prospective clients and initiate contact through outbound calls.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information to determine their potential for our services.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to prospective clients and schedule appointments or follow-up calls as necessary.
  • Accurately record call details and client information in our CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on call outcomes, lead status, and overall progress.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve targets.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and other related tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.

Additional Requirements:

  • A quiet, professional workspace with reliable internet access.
  • Availability to work during London Timezone.
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
