Job Title: Disbursement Specialist

At J-K Network Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Disbursement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely disbursement of funds to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record transactions by defined Chart of Accounts to ensure financial records are accurately reported.
  • Verify documentation and request disbursements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports.
  • Determine the amount and collect contract debts whenever overpayments or erroneous payments have been made.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Bachelor Degree Accountancy, Banking and Finance or any related course.
  • 1-2 years' experience in Disbursement Specialist.
  • Experience in Accounting Software is an advantage.
  • Amendable to work on site.
