We are looking for a highly skilled High-Touch Customer Care Expert to join our team at Sapient. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, providing solutions, and maintaining a positive attitude towards customers at all times. You will also be required to document customer interactions and transactions accurately and efficiently.

To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, be a high school graduate or ALS graduate, have at least one month of BPO experience, and be willing to work on-site and adapt to shifting schedules.
