About the Role:

This Information Security Support Analyst position at Nexus Recruitment Group requires a highly skilled professional to provide technical support services to our global organization.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Information Security Team to receive, process, and resolve tickets within defined SLAs. They will also assist in the architecture, deployment, and ongoing support of key security systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles and practices, including incident management, business continuity, and compliance.

Work Schedule:

The role involves working a shifting schedule, with hours varying between APAC, EMEA, and WHEM regions. Flexibility is required, as the role involves six Remote Work Opportunities per month, which can be on any flexible days.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proven experience in assisting third-party vendors.
  • Knowledge of company-facing information security audit processes, client-facing audit response, RFP response, and contract review.
  • Understanding of audit principles applied to common information security domains.
  • Both SOC and Technical Support skills are mandatory.
