Hospitality Services Coordinator

At ANR Unlimited Multi-Purpose Cooperative, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. About the Role:

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our menu and services.
• Ensure that all food and beverage orders are prepared and served promptly, accurately, and in a clean and safe environment.
• Manage cash transactions efficiently, handle customer complaints in a professional manner, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and provide a world-class dining experience.

Requirements:

• 4-year College Graduate of BS Tourism/BS Hospitality Management
• Female
• With experience related to this job post
• W/ NCII Certificate
• 23-40 years old
• Amenable to deploy Old Balara Q.C
• CAN START ASAP
