Job Summary:

The Senior Project Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of project operations, including contract negotiations, budget management, and team supervision. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reports, providing accurate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
