About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator - Manila who can help us manage our day-to-day financial operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment collection, managing customer relationships, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payment Collection: Initiate contact with customers to collect outstanding payments, ensuring timely receipt of funds.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Accurately track and process accounts, reconcile the accounts receivable ledger, and verify discrepancies.

Requirements:
