Your Primary Objectives:

  • Carry out comprehensive audits of RTO processes, student records, and training materials to ensure compliance with ASQA standards and other relevant regulations.
  • Deliver expert guidance and training to clients on vocational education and training compliance requirements.
  • Navigate complex regulatory landscapes by liaising with clients and regulators.
  • Assess the efficacy of training programs and delivery methods, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Verify RTOs' adherence to compliance requirements, encompassing but not limited to, Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015, the VET Quality Framework, and the National Code 2018 for CRICOS.
  • Facilitate proactive communication and feedback to enhance internal processes, ensure compliance, and maintain industry standards.
  • Compile comprehensive audit reports detailing non-compliances, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with the compliance and management teams to drive corrective actions and monitor progress.
  • Remain vigilant in updating knowledge on industry regulations, ASQA updates, and compliance best practices to ensure sustained adherence.
  • Play a key role in preparing for regulatory audits and serving as the primary point of contact during external audits.
