About the Role

The Junior Finance and Admin Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data, and recommending actions. They will also be responsible for determining the cost of operations by establishing standard costs, collecting operational data, and identifying financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

  1. Understanding fundamental finance concepts used on projects and processes within the organization is crucial.
  2. Provide Operations support services e.g. Financial Reporting, Financial report extracts, Quality of Data/Report, Improvements/Automation and other administrative reports are essential duties.
  3. Generating high-quality reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis as may be required by the Project Managers and S/BU clients is key to success.
  4. Analyzing data and providing a strategic recommendation based on the findings or information available is a vital part of the job.
  5. Preparation and participation in project review meetings as necessary showcase strong communication skills.
  6. Logging data into tools and applications when necessary, while upholding data confidentiality and integrity demonstrates responsibility.
  7. Performing other functions as may be required by the Operations Lead and Manager requires adaptability.
