Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and maintain our database systems. As the primary point of contact for database usage questions, you will ensure data accuracy, security, and usability for cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between database users and technical support teams.
  • Evaluate and address database-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Determine client reporting needs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Verify that data points align with client requirements and facilitate custom report development when necessary.
  • Identify required data points for each project and establish effective data entry and reporting workflows.
  • Coordinate team roles and permissions for database access and document project documentation accordingly.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on database functionality and set up training sessions as needed.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on data entry and verify completeness and accuracy of data exports.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, assist with database enhancements, and deliver presentations on database capabilities to employees and clients.
  • Grant database access to projects as required.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in data entry, database administration, or data support roles.
  • Proven expertise with database systems (e.g., Salesforce, Access, SQL-based systems, or proprietary platforms).
  • Experience supporting or training end-users on database systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with report generation and data imports/exports; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to identify data inconsistencies; excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively; proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and equipment.
