Job Description

eTeam PH is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce Systems business team, you will work within the pre-deploy design and configuration function.

Your responsibilities will span the spectrum of Administration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud configuration, Communities, and Force.com development. You will collaborate with internal/external Salesforce Architects/Integrators solutions and/or other internal data/technical associates when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**:
  • • Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions to continuously improve the Salesforce platform
    • Collaborate in integration designs and developments
    • Configure and maintain functional objects of Sales, Marketing & Service Cloud
    • Create and manage workflow rules, data validations, triggers, and object customizations where required/appropriate
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
    • Customize Object fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, etc., (which may include using Lightning, Visualforce, and/or Apex)
    • Manage operational requests and assist in escalated resolution of support issues, working with diverse user groups when required
    • Develop system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications
    • Proactively identify production risks and create actionable mitigation plans
    • Participate in Agile development process where applicable/appropriate


Requirements
The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders to execute configuration & development changes derived from specific initiatives or resulting from Salesforce platform releases/upgrades.

**Requirements**:
  • • 3-10 years' experience in Salesforce with Force.com implementation experience
    • Excellent customer interaction skills
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Good communication skills both written and verbal
    • Salesforce Developer certification preferred
    • Lightning components development experience is preferred
