Job Overview
  • We're seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive reach and engagement.
  • The ideal candidate will plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Our team member will monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • They should stay up-to-date on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaboration with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships is key.
  • Responsibilities include engaging with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • The specialist will also support email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
