Design Visionary Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Multimedia & Motion Designer to bring our brand stories to life through captivating animations and videos.

About the Role

This is an exciting chance for a creative professional to join our team and make a lasting impact. As a Multimedia & Motion Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging visuals that convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

You will work closely with our marketing team to develop campaign concepts and storytelling strategies. Your expertise will help us maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

  • Video & Animation: Design and produce high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, including intro videos, ads, explainer videos, and product demos.
  • Graphic Design: Create marketing visuals such as social media posts, infographics, emails, presentations, digital banners, sales collateral, event materials, and event booth designs.
  • Collaboration & Branding: Partner with the marketing team on campaign concepts and storytelling, maintain and thoughtfully evolve brand guidelines, contribute fresh, creative ideas during brainstorming and planning sessions.
  • Additional Opportunities (Depending on Experience): Contribute to UX/UI design for our website, landing pages, and insurance platform, support website design updates in WordPress, create accompanying visuals, develop website animations to enhance the user experience and elevate our digital presence.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in creating videos, motion graphics, or animation
  • At least 1 year of experience in a creative or design agency
  • Strong proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign
  • Proficiency in Google Slides/Presentation software
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to present ideas to the team
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Nice-to-Have: Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience working with WordPress
