Accounting Expertise Wanted

The role of Accounting Specialist is a crucial part in maintaining the financial stability and accuracy of our organization.

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Set up new vendors in the accounting system and collect W-9 forms for compliance.
  2. Process invoices by reviewing documentation, performing 3-way matching, and ensuring proper GL coding.
  3. Maintain accurate payment schedules, track billings, and ensure timely payments.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to support purchase-related processes.
  5. Manage accounts receivable by applying payments, verifying deductions, and reconciling online sales and bank deposits.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in accounting software (NetSuite experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting.

This is a full-time position requiring standard working hours. Business casual attire is expected during meetings, and a professional setup is required for video calls.
