Marketing Campaign Specialist

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies centered on empathy and conversion. You will collaborate with our product team to enhance email capture rates and optimize email conversion flows for our unique audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Develop high-volume email marketing campaigns across multiple systems and platforms for seamless integration and efficiency.
  • A/B Testing: Drive A/B testing across various channels to determine effective user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Engaging Messaging: Create engaging brand-aligned messaging that communicates the value proposition of consumer products while being sensitive to the emotional tone of our audience.
  • Platform Optimization: Provide strategic recommendations for email platform consolidation and future selections to streamline operations and enhance campaign performance.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Champion a customer-centric approach, continuously seeking to understand and improve the user journey, collaborating with our product team to increase email capture rates and balance user experience with marketing goals.
  • KPI Analysis: Develop and manage key performance metrics, analyzing and reporting on campaign performance based on those KPIs, using data-driven insights to guide future strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams including product, design, content, and analytics to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Subscriber Data Integrity: Maintain subscriber data integrity, focusing on segmentation and list hygiene for optimal campaign results.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or similar discipline.
  • Experience: Strong experience in building and launching high-volume email campaigns from scratch, with a focus on empathy and conversion.
  • Email Automation: Proven experience across various email marketing and automation platforms.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Demonstrated ability in making strategic recommendations for email platform optimization and developing requirements for future technology consolidation.
  • Growth Mindset: Growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to produce quality work in a timely manner.
  • Technical Skills: Basic HTML and Salesforce experience required.
