Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Unitan Construction & Development Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing bill of quantities, undertaking cost and price analysis, and preparing method statements and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepares bill of quantities for proposed projects
* Undertakes cost and price analysis
* Prepares method statements, schedules, and other required bid documents
* Canvasses and updates cost of materials, equipment, labor, etc.
* Documents findings during site inspections
* Provides assistance to other departments in compiling required documents
* Maintains records of basis of estimates
* Prepares bid documents for project management team

Requirements:

* Bachelor's/College Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), or equivalent
* At least three to four years of experience in the related field and in the construction industry
* Preferably experienced employee specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
