Job Description
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a related role, with a strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and industry terminology. You'll be responsible for managing calendars, appointments, and schedules, handling email correspondence, phone calls, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate real estate transactions from start to finish, including document preparation and scheduling inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
