Senior Technology Transformation Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Technology Transformation Lead to spearhead technology strategy and transformation engagements in the Asia Pacific region.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you lead large-scale technology strategy and transformation programs for leading financial institutions, covering life and non-life insurance, retail banking, SME banking, and corporate/commercial banking.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business objectives, unlocking value for clients.
  • Create and deliver IT operating models, outlining strategic aims and defining roles, governance, processes, controls, and tools.
  • Assess application landscapes and define target state architectures and platform roadmaps to deliver business goals.
  • Maintain and improve major IT transformation programs, delivering business and technology initiatives.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline from a well-ranked institution.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in technology strategy and transformation at consulting firms, in-house consulting roles, or enterprise architecture roles working for leading financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in technology strategy for banking institutions, with exposure to areas such as IT strategy, architecture, and operating model design, cloud strategy and transformation, and delivery of large technology transformation programs.

This role requires exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, showcasing executive presence and demonstrated ability to manage senior client stakeholders effectively.
