We are seeking a seasoned educator to join our dynamic team as an Upper Elementary Teacher. This is a full-time remote position based in the APAC timezone (GMT +8). As an ideal candidate, you will have 5+ years of teaching experience with children aged 4-12, particularly those between 8-12 years old.

You will be responsible for providing an exceptional educational experience for every student and their support system. You will also contribute to content curation and creation, collaborating with other educators to refine your craft. Additionally, you will participate in meetings, contribute to the growth of the education team, provide daily feedback, and keep the ethical implications of your work at the forefront.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to analyze and use feedback from bina students and the content team to develop new teaching strategies continuously. A close collaboration with every member of the bina team is also essential.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A Master's degree in Education or an education-related field
  • 5+ years of teaching experience with children aged 4 - 12 (especially 8-12 years old)
  • Cultural awareness to ensure diverse and inclusive classrooms
  • The drive to grow and learn with ongoing training and support
