About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can conduct keyword research, optimize SEO and PPC efforts, and monitor paid ad campaigns. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Conducting keyword research and making recommendations to optimize SEO, PPC, and paid ad efforts.
  2. Resolving website issues detected through weekly performance reports.
  3. Monitoring paid ad campaigns in Google AdWords and LinkedIn and providing necessary adjustments, A/B testing, and new campaign buildouts.
  4. Generating weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  5. Collaborating with the web development team to ensure optimal site functionality and user experience.
  6. Conducting client research including lead origins, social media presence, and customer personas.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of sales, customer service, marketing, or direct promo sales experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
