Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to create impactful and visually appealing ad creatives for eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing high-converting designs, excellent proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, as well as a solid understanding of direct-response marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design static and animated ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Display, and YouTube thumbnails that drive exceptional results.
  • Create graphics, headers, icons, and illustrations to support high-converting funnels and landing pages.
  • Adapt designs within brand guidelines while elevating brand identity through fresh and creative concepts.
  • Interpret ad performance data to tweak creatives for better CTR, ROAS, and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on ad design trends, top-performing formats, meme marketing, typography trends, and eCommerce visual styles.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience as a graphic designer, preferably in eCommerce or performance marketing.
  • Proven portfolio of high-converting ad creatives (Meta/Google/YouTube/TikTok).
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing principles, including hooks, CTA hierarchy, and conversion design.
