About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and securing product quality throughout the entire product life cycle with a focus on the development cycle of Hardware and Systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate qualification plans and ensure execution of qualification in the reliability labs.
- Perform project and product-specific risk assessments to support product definition and development.
- Collaborate with global teams and contribute to the development processes, tools, and methods within the Business Line.
Requirements
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable degree.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality Management.
- Experience in semiconductor technology, IC technology, and devices would be desirable.
- An affinity for data analysis and digitalization.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
